Support for 4:3 to 21:9 aspect ratios added

Wolf and Hood was designed around the assumption that the majority of screens nowadays have an aspect ratio of 16:9, so things like the UI layout and how the puzzle pieces scatter at the start of a new puzzle were optimised for that aspect ratio.  However, I also considered the possibility that some screens will be more square (e.g. 4:3 or 16:10) or more rectangular (e.g. 21:9) than the default so I did make sure that the UI and scattering pieces would still work with those other aspect ratios.  Even so, the launch version of the game didn't handle those other aspect ratios quite right when it came to the resolution dropdown options, so for non 16:9 screens that dropdown was sometimes left blank.  This has now been fixed, so hopefully the game should look good regardless of the screen aspect ratio.  The one exception to this is screens that are even more square than 4:3 (e.g. 5:4), which are simply too square to be able to show everything in the game properly.  This should be an extremely small number of screens, however, so I hope this doesn't affect anyone who has bought the game.  If you have a 5:4 screen let me know; I'd be interested to hear about how the game behaves on these screens as it's not something I've been able to test myself.

All the best.
